We understand moving can be expensive and very stressful, but we want to help ease you into your new residence. One of our core values is to provide a quality moving experience, and includes providing your family with the absolute lowest rate. There is no need to "shop around". We guarantee that out of any licensed moving company in Houston, we have the lowest hourly rates. If you find any licensed moving company advertising a lower hourly rate, we’ll match them.

How do I show "proof"?
Please email us the competitor’s current ad, TXDOT registration, and website address. That is the best way to show proof of price.

Price Match Guarantee Guidelines:
The competitor must have a valid TXDOT registration number and be licensed by the state of Texas. Only then will price match will only occur.

- For reduced rates to apply a price match guarantee must be requested and confirmed prior to moving services. We do not do same day price match guarantees.

- We do not match flat rates. The price match guarantee only applies to hourly rate moves.

- All criteria must be met before a price match can be made.

- Price match guarantee only applies to local moves Houston, Texas.

- Trip Fees are not included in a price match guarantee.

- We reserve the right to decline a price match at any time during the moving process.

On Time Guarantee

We are the only licensed moving company in Houston that specializes in an on time guarantee. Your time is valuable, so our moving crew will arrive on time, we guarantee it!

We will refund twenty dollars of your one time trip fee if we do not arrive within the set time window.

Exclusions apply. Guarantee only applies to local moves within Houston city limits. Only applies to arrival at initial pickup address. During the arrival window, customer must be present and available by telephone. On time guarantee is invalid during inclement or hazardous weather conditions.
